Hi there, welcome to the DPL.

I got an email this morning from a regular reader pointing out that she felt that DPL was kind of clubby because of the regular girls and regular commenters — I felt the need to address this head on.
DPL IS a club. It’s a club of like minded panty fans. Everybody who has ever bookmarked the DPL is in the club. You don’t NEED to comment or send in pics to be in the club, all you have to do is check in and enjoy. If you feel like commenting, you are welcome to comment. If you feel like lurking, lurk. Feel free to join the discussion, there’s no in-crowd here, we’re all the same crowd. Feel free to check in each day and say nothing at all.
As for the female readers, same goes for you. There are only two requirements to get your pictures posted on DPL — you have to send them to me and you have to look sexy in a pair of panties. Period. But it’s not required. If you want a few thousand pervy panty guys to drool over you in your underthings, go ahead and send. If you just want to surf the site, by all means, we’d love to have you. Everyone knows the less sausage, the better the party.
